Imagine Santa and Hanukkah Harry eating pumpkin pie together, but way more awesome. Add tons of friends and a parking lot full of games (BINGO, cornhole, and putt putt golf, just to name a few). Did we mention a cook out and music? Don’t forget the ugly sweater photo booth, winter market, kid's crafts, and more!
Can you donate gift cards for the raffle or items to be sold at the event? We’ll take anything from cookies to candles to cans of soda. We also need volunteers to help set up the event, play music, face paint, lead BINGO, grill hotdogs, wrap gifts, and so on. Volunteers get free lunch and a big hug. Reach out and share your talents!
Want to sell your stuff at the festival? Great! We’re looking for local art work, jewelry, apparel, soaps, candles, crafts, jarred jams, and other yummy stuff. The suggested donation for a booth that can accommodate 1 - 3 artists is $100. Only need half a booth? Let us know and we’ll hook you up with another vendor to split the cost!
We’re hoping for 18 special sponsors to meet our financial goal. Event sponsorship allows us to put this festival together and keep our doors open all year round. If you or your business believe in the causes we stand for, please consider giving $500 - $2,000 so we can continue to help others through 2022. Generous donors will be thanked with a Gratitude Display and gift basket unless they choose to remain anonymous.
Tickets are used as currency at the event. Some attendees, however, may not have the funds to buy tickets for lunch or participate in games. If you’d like to donate a few rows of tickets ($10 each), we’ll make sure they’re delivered to someone in need. Recipients are usually residents of assisted living facilities or new to an addiction recovery program. Tickets may also be reserved for children of recovered parents in need.
Your gift enables us to fund Thanxchrismukkah, keep our facilities open, and provide support groups to those in need. Studio164 specializes in addiction recovery meetings. Grounded32 offers creative mindfulness classes and mental health support gatherings.
Questions about the Winter Festival? Reach out anytime. Remember, this fundraising event is staffed by nonprofit volunteers, so it might take a couple days for us to get back to you. We promise to do our best and respond ASAP!

Studio164 and Grounded32 are joining forces to reach the greatest number of people possible. Despite cohosting the Thanxchrismukkah Festival, these two organizations are not formally affiliated and do not endorse each other. What makes fundraising a good fit are these common factors: both facilities provide space for self-governing recovery meetings to take place, both facilities are 100% run by volunteers and have no paid staff. For more information about each organization, visit studio164.org or grounded32.org.
